The problem

Marmara was running 38 ad groups across 4 campaigns, mostly losing money. The landing pages had been built by a different agency two years ago and never updated.

What we built

We killed 70% of the keywords. Rewrote three landing pages so they answered the buyer's question in the first scroll. Built a tight remarketing flow.

Outcome

CAC down 41%. Spend reduced 30%, revenue flat at first and up 14% in month two.
