Konak Coffee House
The problem
Konak's morning queue stretched down the block. The owner wanted regulars to pre-order on the way in — but every off-the-shelf POS quote required swapping the till, and the staff already knew their till.
What we built
A standalone web ordering layer that prints to the existing receipt printer over the local network, schedules pickups in 5-minute slots, and writes the same shorthand the baristas already use. Keeps the till untouched.
Outcome
Online orders now account for 38% of weekday revenue. Average morning service time down 4 minutes. Zero changes to POS workflow.
