A QR menu that paid for itself in 8 weeks
Lavinia Bistro

The problem
Lavinia ran four bistros across Bucharest. Each had its own printed menu, updated by hand, in two languages. Every menu change cost a full day. Tourists couldn't read the Romanian. Allergens were a sticky note on the back of the bar.
What we built
We built one menu that serves four locations. Owners edit dishes in a Google-sheet-style admin. Each menu auto-translates to EN/TR/DE/RO and renders at the QR. Allergens, photos and prices are properties of the dish, not the menu.
Outcome
Print costs gone. Tip share up 11%. Two restaurants in the neighbourhood asked to license the platform.
