The problem
Bosporus' inbox had EN, TR and RU tourists asking the same 20 questions. Their two-person team was answering every one by hand, often outside hours.
What we built
A WhatsApp + web-chat agent trained on their FAQ and inventory. It books test-drive trips, sends quotes and hands off to a human when it's not sure.
Outcome
63% of chats resolved by the agent. Response time from 4h to under 2 minutes. The team handles only the interesting questions now.
