A direct booking engine that cuts OTA fees

The problem
Anatolia was paying 18–24% per booking to OTAs. Their own site let guests look but not book. Every direct guest had to email.
What we built
Custom booking engine that reads availability from their PMS, takes a deposit via iyzico, and confirms in three languages. Plus a small offer engine for return guests.
Outcome
Direct bookings up 34% in the first quarter. OTA share of revenue dropped from 71% to 49%. Saved roughly 22% on commissions.
