The problem
EduTurkia helps international students apply to Turkish universities. The old funnel was a static site plus a Google Form. Drop-off was brutal, and the SEO was a mess of duplicate pages.
What we built
New site, real application flow, document upload, status tracking, agent dashboard. A content system that publishes per-university pages with proper schema markup.
Outcome
+60% organic traffic Q1. Application completion rate went from 24% to 51%. Featured in 3 Turkish ed-tech roundups.
