The problem
Dr. Sevim's old site looked good but did not let patients book. Every appointment came through Instagram DMs. The clinic was paying a part-time staffer just to chase the inbox.
What we built
New site with a real booking flow. WhatsApp confirmation, calendar sync, deposit via iyzico, reminders 24h and 2h before. A small admin for the clinic team.
Outcome
+38% bookings in the first quarter. Time-to-confirm dropped from 4 hours to under 5 minutes. DMs back to being DMs.
